Establishment
Our Institution established Auxilium Institution’s Innovation Council in June 2022. This
council carries out the calendar activities, celebration activities, MIC-driven activities and selfdriven activities in every quarter. Moreover, we actively participated in 3rd and 4th quarter. It also
performs the ATL school linkage programmes, and IA participation based on the guidelines from
the Institution’s Innovation Council. We have signed in MoU with Periyar Maniyammai Institute
if Science and Technology for incubation Support. We have updated “National Innovation
Startup Policy” and its action plan in NISP portal..
Vission:
The vision of the Auxilium Institution Innovation Council (AIIC) is to integrate innovation
and entrepreneurship into the academic curriculum to instill a culture of creativity and
problem-solving and to create a culture of continuous learning and improvement to stay at
the forefront of innovation practices to broaden students' perspectives and enhance their
ability to tackle complex problems.
Mission:
- To encourage faculty to participate in industry collaborations and bring real-world
problems into the classroom.
- To foster collaboration between researchers and startups, creating a symbiotic
relationship.
- Organize regular guest lectures, workshops, and seminars featuring successful
entrepreneurs and industry experts.
- To promote the commercialization of research outcomes through technology transfer and
startup initiatives.
- To establish innovation hubs, an incubation center within the institute to serve as
collaborative spaces for students and faculty and to support startups with infrastructure, mentorship, and funding.
- To offer entrepreneurship training programs, covering business planning, design
thinking, prototyping, project management, marketing, and financial management.
- To integrate hands-on, practical learning experiences into technology-related courses.
- To encourage participation in coding competitions, hackathons, and technology
conferences.
