Activity reports
Club Motto

To promote gender equality by fostering a positive social environment, treating girls with dignity and respect, and advocating for gender justice. The club aims to nurture young boys and girls into gender champions who uphold inclusive social norms that value the rights and well-being of all individuals.

About the Club

The Gender Champion Club at Auxilium College was established to promote gender equality in line with Article 15 of the Indian Constitution, which prohibits discrimination based on gender. The club seeks to raise awareness and cultivate an inclusive atmosphere where both girls and boys are treated equally and fairly.

By fostering positive social norms within educational spaces-particularly those that respect and uphold girls’ rights-the club aims to enhance well-being and contribute to long-term, sustainable social transformation.

The club is committed to reshaping societal perceptions surrounding gender roles and relationships. Its focus is on enhancing individual empowerment, security, opportunities, and freedom for all. Through an integrated, interdisciplinary approach, Gender Champions work to explore and challenge the social and cultural constructions of gender that influence the experiences of women and men in society.

The overarching goal is to cultivate gender sensitivity among youth and encourage the creation of an equitable, respectful, and just social order.
